About this role
About the Role Aldi US store associate is responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store looking its best. You’ll enhance the customer shopping experience by collaborating with the ALDI team and delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do
- Merchandise and stock shelves and displays, cashier, and keep the store neat and organized according to merchandising planograms.
- Use the point-of-sale (POS) system to scan and process purchases and report any scanning errors to management.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures; assist in opening additional check lanes as needed for efficient checkout.
- Complete curbside pickup orders by retrieving items, verifying contents, and ensuring timely delivery to customers’ vehicles from the staging area.
- Maintain zone standards and merchandising standards at all times.
