About the Role Aldi US store associate in Cleveland, OH helps merchandise and stock products, cashier, and keep the store clean to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll collaborate with the ALDI team and provide friendly, efficient service. What You'll Do
- Model and uphold all customer service principles and escalate concerns to store management as necessary.
- Inform store management of losses due to outdated or damaged products.
- Properly utilize the POS system to scan and process purchases and report scanning concerns or errors.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
- Follow the line policy and open additional check lanes as required to ensure an efficient checkout.
- Stock shelves and displays neatly following merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
- Complete curbside pickup orders by retrieving items, verifying contents, and delivering to customers’ vehicles.
