About this role
About the Role ALDI store associates help keep the store clean, well-stocked, and customer-focused. You’ll merchandise and stock products, cashier, and assist with curbside pickup while upholding ALDI’s service standards. What You'll Do
- Merchandise and stock shelves according to merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to scan and process customer purchases and inform management of scanning concerns or errors.
- Provide prompt, courteous customer service and escalate concerns as needed.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures; open additional check lanes as required to ensure efficient checkout.
- Stock shelves and displays neatly while maintaining merchandising standards.
- Complete curbside pickup orders by retrieving items, verifying contents, and delivering to customers’ vehicles from the staging area.
