About the Role As a Store Associate at ALDI in Roselle, NJ, you’ll help stock, merchandise, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness to deliver a great customer experience. You’ll work with the ALDI team to uphold store standards and serve customers efficiently. What You'll Do
- Model and fulfill all customer service principles and escalate concerns to store management as necessary.
- Inform management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
- Properly utilize the point-of-sale (POS) system to scan and process customer purchases and inform management of scanning concerns or errors.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
- Follow the line policy and open additional check lanes as required to ensure an efficient checkout.
- Stock shelves and displays neatly while following merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
