About the Role We are seeking an experienced Statistical Programming Manager to support delivery of statistical programming activities for studies using Swedish health data in IQVIA's RWE BIOS team. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on programming experience, and the ability to work with Swedish health datasets, documentation, and submissions. The position will contribute to developing analysis datasets, TLFs, SAP localization, and various project deliverables across observational and PASS studies. What You'll Do
- Manage a team of Statistical Programming staff, including hiring, training, and supervising department members.
- Develop, recommend, and implement standard procedures, measures of performance, and training programs.
- Organize and allocate resources according to multi-project requirements and deadlines.
