About the Role As a Consultant on our State and Local Government team in Seattle, you will support public sector clients by conducting analysis, developing recommendations, and helping implement improvements. You will work closely with project leaders and client stakeholders to gather information, synthesize insights, and produce clear, client-ready deliverables. This is a role for an analytical and strategic problem solver who is excited to be part of building a high growth West Coast team and working in person and virtually with colleagues and clients. What You'll Do
- Serve as a core team member on consulting projects from project initiation through analysis, solution development, implementation, and closeout.
- Quality assurance of project deliverables and artifacts measured against documented industry standards and expectations.
