Meedenken over mogelijkheden binnen flexibel verlonen (cafeteria plan) en bijdragen aan specifieke projecten en verbeterinitiatieven zoals Project Total Reward voor arbeiders en de Europese loontransparantierichtlijn; beloningsinformatie helder en toegankelijk maken.
