About the Role Join Anduril's Maritime team as a Staff Software Engineer in Boston or Quincy, MA. You will design and develop the core decision-making and autonomy software for autonomous underwater vehicles, lead architectural decisions, and drive the roadmap and deployment of mission systems with limited human involvement. What You'll Do
- Act as a technical leader owning software for Copperhead, drawing on both technical depth and leadership to set objectives, build cross-functional teams, and drive projects to completion.
- Manage and develop a small team (3-4 employees initially), setting priorities, delegating work effectively, and providing coaching for growth.
- Drive the design and implementation of development processes for the initial delivery and subsequent iterations of payloads and mission systems.
