- Get the Best Training: Start with a two-week clinical orientation to learn procedures, EMR system, safety protocols, and compassionate care.
- Be the Expert: Assess patients with complex health needs and develop personalized care plans to achieve the best outcomes.
- Make a Connection: Educate and guide patients and families through their healthcare journey.
- Collaborate for Success: Work with VNA clinicians and external providers to ensure seamless care.
