Qualtrics is seeking a Staff Data Scientist for Semantic Substrate Incubation in Seattle. You will bridge the "Meaning Gap" by turning raw, chaotic event logs into an intelligent, concept-linked graph—the Semantic Brain—and help design an Identity-Anchored World Model that enables LLMs to reason about enterprise ideas like "High-Value Churn Risk" to drive autonomous decisions. What You'll Do
- Turn raw, chaotic event logs into an intelligent, concept-linked graph to support next-generation AI understanding.
- Architect an Identity-Anchored World Model that allows LLMs to understand complex enterprise ideas and drive autonomous, agentic decisions.
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team of researchers and production engineers to move ideas from research to scalable production.
