About this role
About the Role Join OVHcloud's Cloud Databases team (DB & Analytics) to own, operate and evolve the DBaaS product across multiple data centers, leveraging AI tools to optimize performance and value for customers. What You'll Do
- Exploit, support and improve the DBaaS product 24/7 across data centers.
- Manage alerts and incidents in a reactive and proactive manner.
- Ensure the product remains aligned with OVHcloud's overall offering.
- Integrate the product within OVHcloud's infrastructure and internal tooling (CI/CD, monitoring and alerting, etc.).
- Monitor and improve system performance to ensure efficient resource management.
- Maintain the required quality level for services and infrastructure in line with internal and external SLAs.
