About the Role Temporal is hiring a Sr. Staff Technical Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing for Temporal’s AI initiatives. This role will define how Temporal is positioned for AI-native companies, AI labs, and AI-driven use cases, translating complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling value for developers, platform teams, and business stakeholders. This is a full-stack PMM role with broad ownership and high impact. What You'll Do
- Define and own positioning and messaging for Temporal’s AI use cases across AI-native startups, AI labs, and enterprise customers adopting AI
- Develop clear value propositions for how Temporal supports AI workflows, agents, LLM orchestration, human-in-the-loop systems, and long-running AI processes
- Lead competitive intelligence related to AI infrastructure, orchestration, workflow engines, and adjacent platforms
