Join our tax operations processing team as a Sr. Specialist, Operation Services, where you will become a Subject Matter Expert and strategic partner for our premium clients. You will work in a fast paced environment using your great organizational skills, time management and attention to detail to ensure that tax payments are timely and accurate.
Responsibilities includes:
- Manage delinquent portfolio items while building and maintaining strong client relationships with senior leaders to support account satisfaction, retention, and successful resolution of outstanding issues.
- Deliver high-quality client service in a fast-paced production environment while ensuring compliance with client requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).
