About this role
About the Role As the Sr Recruiter, you will help lead Intuitive’s expansion into a new site in Malaysia by building talent pipelines and establishing a high-performing workforce from the ground up. You will partner with business leaders, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders to attract and hire talent across manufacturing, operations, corporate functions, and leadership roles. The role will begin with a hybrid work model and requires full-cycle recruiting, strategic planning, and workforce scaling to support current and future hiring needs in Malaysia. What You'll Do
- Serve as the lead recruiter supporting the establishment and growth of Intuitive’s new Malaysia site, partnering closely with business leaders, HR, Finance, and hiring managers to execute workforce expansion plans.
