About the Role As a Quality Engineer at Capgemini, you will help ensure high quality of software for our Hiring Events platform, focusing on diagnosing production issues, validating APIs and integrations, and supporting platform releases. You will collaborate with Client Support, GTM, and engineering to deliver reliable experiences across U.S. time zones.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and troubleshoot production issues impacting live hiring events.
- Validate APIs and integrations using Postman.
- Reproduce, document, and track defects using Jira.
- Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing for hiring event workflows.
- Collaborate with Client Support, GTM, and engineering teams to resolve client issues.
- Monitor production systems and assist with incident triage and validation.
