Sr. Quality Engineer
About this role
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you’ll be part of our Stanley Engineered Fastening (SEF) team working as an onsite employee. You’ll get to:
Provide experienced quality support to product manufacturing, resolving defects and other issues and ensuring the product meets customer specifications. Support the Plant Manager regarding the execution of the Quality Strategy around the Mission, Vision & Strategic Initiatives related to the manufacturing process improvement within the plant. Support corporate quality initiatives as defined by the Regional Quality Director. May assist in the hiring of Quality Engineers and oversee, mentor, and train junior quality engineers on policies and procedures. Improve process capability by leveraging the Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) and Continuous Improvement methodology. Process improvement and cost reduction.
