Sr. Program Manager, OpX Learning & Development
OpX Leader Learning & Development is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the single-threaded L&D leader within network PMO processes across 200+ SSD and GFC sites. You will build the project management mechanisms that ensure every training solution is sized correctly, delivered on time, meets quality standards, and demonstrates measurable business impact.
This role owns the intake gate, the project sizing matrix, ASANA as the PMO tool, and the metrics framework connecting training to operational outcomes. You will represent the entire L&D organization to external stakeholders up to VP level, communicating capacity, timelines, and the state of L&D with credibility and business acumen. This is not a maintenance role.
