About the Role The Sr. Program Manager will work cross-functionally to define and execute a roadmap that focuses on expansion to new countries, improving delivery quality and the DSP experience. They will create, optimize, and drive adoption of critical mechanisms to ensure long-term program success, and deliver business and senior leader reviews to align teams toward strategies that improve quality, speed, and cost. This is a highly visible role requiring the ability to build consensus and clearly communicate complex decisions and trade-offs to senior leadership. A candidate should be able to dive deep, identify root causes, and move between strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
