Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Professional I, External Reporting. This person will be responsible for the preparation and accuracy of external financial reporting.
THIS IS A LOCAL, HYBRID ROLE LOCATED IN CINCINNATI, OHIO. Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

Prepare draft financial statements for 10Qs, 10K, Annual Report and assist in preparation of Management Discussion and Analysis for inclusion in those documents

Review monthly consolidation of financial results (Balance Sheet and Segment Income Statement) and prepares monthly share calculations for EPS purposes

Prepare quarterly press release related financials and other reporting requirements required for the web page on a quarterly basis

Assist in implementing new accounting standards for the Company and also assist in researching accounting topics for the Company
