Job Description
- Independently plan, perform, and implement complex process improvement initiatives across organizational functions.
- Diagram and evaluate existing processes, identifying root causes of problems and operational performance shortfalls.
- Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teams to achieve business objectives and implement solutions.
- Develop advanced metrics that provide data for process measurement and identify indicators for future improvement.
- Consult with stakeholders on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and deliver presentations on measurement, analysis, and control methodologies.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior business analysis professionals.
