About the Role Sr. Principal Engineer - Wet leads the R&D delivery for Mars Wet Technology Platform, providing technical leadership and deep expertise across R&D, Q&FS, SRA and TLT functions. The role translates wet-technology concepts into prototypes and scalable processes, guiding complex projects from concept through pilot and production. It requires collaboration across cross-functional teams and external partners to drive transformational innovation and knowledge capability in Wet R&D.
What You'll Do
- Lead the R&D team on high-complexity technical projects (e.g., introduction of new technology, transformational innovation, deployment of technical standards, novel raw materials, critical site troubleshooting).
- Translate technology ideas into visual/physical models and working prototypes in collaboration with AOE teams.
