About the Role
Senior Manufacturing Engineer based at HELLA's Xiamen site, responsible for shaping production methods, equipment planning and process improvements to meet quality, cost and timing targets. You will work across project teams and with internal/external partners, applying digitization and manufacturing science know-how to enable robust, scalable production. What You'll Do
- Agreeing and following up targets with the Project Manager or the Operations Readiness Manager in terms of quality, costs and timing in agreement with the superior and taking existing processes and methods into consideration
- Executing in the development of production methods taking the market development for production systems into account and check new systems for their suitability and applicability as set by HELLA specific constraints and legal requirements
