About the Role Lead and oversee the Pottery Barn Kids, Pottery Barn Teen, and Dormify photo studio operations, ensuring brand-aligned creative output and efficient workflows. Partner with Creative Services to implement new processes, track metrics, and manage budgets and seasonal calendars. What You'll Do
- Work with and support Director of Creative Services to recommend and carry forward all new process and procedures for shot list, digital tech guidelines, calendar, milestones, and providing analytics to leadership
- Ensure the studio team is following and adhering to the style guide as well as recommendations for improvements on look/feel as the brand evolves and changes
- Partner with Director of Creative Services to maintain, develop, and evolve process to streamline workflow and introduce AI tools
