About the Role The Senior Manager, Finance Operations serves as a strategic partner to Enterprise Operations, guiding financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision support for Logistics, Supply Chain, Strategic Agility, and Facilities. The role leads the finance activities, owns productivity and sourcing savings, and drives automation and AI adoption within the Operations Finance team. What You'll Do
- Manage and develop a high-performance finance team focused on accountability, continuous improvement, talent development, and strong business partnership.
- Lead recurring FP&A responsibilities: annual operating plan (budget), monthly forecast, and 5-year plan for Lab Modality Operations teams.
