About the Role NeoGenomics is seeking a Sr Manager, Finance Lab Operations to partner with Lab Modality leaders on financial planning, analysis, and strategic guidance for Clinical labs. The Senior Manager will regularly present financial results and strategic recommendations to Lab Operations leadership, translating Modality performance into financial outcomes and leading budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and investment strategy for the Lab Modality Operations.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a financial business partner to Modality leaders of the Clinical labs.
- Lead recurring FP&A responsibilities including the annual operating plan (budget), monthly forecast, and a 5-year plan for Lab Modality Operations.
- Drive ongoing process improvement and automation to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
