Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic Senior Manager, Content Operations & Localization to build and scale iHerb's content operations function. You will oversee the systems, workflows, and governance that power content production, publishing, and localization across a rapidly expanding footprint of 36+ languages. The ideal candidate brings strong content and campaign operations expertise, with the ability to apply that discipline to localization, ensuring content is produced efficiently, published consistently, and adapted accurately across markets while meeting applicable regulatory standards. This role owns end-to-end content operations, from workflow design and CMS management to vendor and budget oversight.
