About the Role The Sr. Manager Clinical Research Engineering at Intuitive's Future Forward leads clinical research and early-stage concept development, translating user needs into concepts for next-generation robotic-assisted surgery platforms. You will partner with engineers, physicians, and UX researchers to incubate ideas, define clinical goals, and assess risks to inform concept design and development. What You'll Do
- Advanced research lead and new product concept development for early exploration
- Lead research on disease states and medical technologies related to new business opportunities; become internal expert on the clinical applications of new products
- Collaborate closely with engineers and physicians to define clinical performance goals and potential risks for early-phase development
- Manage, collect, and interpret VOC across various levels of management
