- Represent the commercial insureds of a prestigious and financially stable commercial insurance carrier in high complexity, high exposure General Liability and Commercial Auto personal injury cases.
- Prepare and try cases, perform initial investigation and legal analysis, and provide advice to claims teams.
- Prepare and file legal pleadings, conduct legal research, and handle pre-trial discovery.
