About the Role A global, on-site leadership role responsible for delivering strategic, cross-functional projects within Cytiva’s Commercial Excellence portfolio. The Sr. Leader, Project Management partners with OpCo leaders to drive improvements in selling time, ease of doing business, and time reallocation back to selling. What You'll Do
- Own the execution of strategic, cross-functional projects across all phases within the Commercial Excellence portfolio, driving improvements in three areas: return on selling time, ease of doing business, and returning time back to sell.
- Lead cross-functional project teams through plans delivered on time, on budget, and with minimal risk.
- Provide project updates to the PMO and VP of Commercial Excellence and designated OpCo leaders.
