About the Role To provide strategic leadership for contract management by setting contract governance standards, shaping commercial risk strategies, enabling robust negotiation outcomes and leading cross-functional alignment on complex contractual matters at organizational level. What You'll Do
- Drive high-value and complex contract negotiations including terms for strategic suppliers, major contractors, framework agreements and global partners.
- Lead the development and implementation of contract strategy and policies that support business objectives while mitigating legal and commercial risks.
- Provide senior-level advisory support on contractual positions, risk allocation, warranties, indemnities, dispute resolution and performance obligations.
- Establish and enforce robust governance frameworks, approval authorities and contract controls to ensure consistency and compliance.
