About the Role The Sr. IT Client Services Support Specialist is responsible for on-site IT support for the I&O organization, manufacturing and lab environments. You’ll support regulated applications, manage IT assets and inventory, coordinate Facilities, Logistics, and I&O teams, and provide backup L1 support to maintain operations and ITCS compliance. This role is on-site in Lodi, California and reports to the ITCS Manager. What You'll Do
- Support Administration, Mobility, Procurement, and Onsite IT Operations.
- Support Manufacturing, Labs, Systems & Applications.
- Facilities, Logistics & Asset Coordination, Inventory, Compliance & E‑Waste. What We're Looking For
- Strong experience supporting Windows and Mac systems in an on-site IT operation in a manufacturing environment, labs, and mobility support.
