About the Role As a Sr. HVAC Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for the smooth operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across MSOE’s 16-building campus in downtown Milwaukee. You’ll diagnose, repair, and optimize HVAC equipment to keep buildings safe, comfortable, and energy-efficient, while collaborating with the Facilities team to support campus operations. What You'll Do
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems across campus buildings.
- Diagnose, resolve and repair mechanical and electrical issues related to HVAC equipment.
- Maintain and monitor building automation system performance and make adjustments to improve energy efficiency.
- Install, rebuild, replace, or repair equipment and parts.
- Collaborate with the facilities team to support general building maintenance.
