About the Role Senior Engineer Calibration responsible for ICE and xEV calibration on PWT/e-PWT control systems. You will perform tuning, validation, and support Turn Key Tuning initiatives while coordinating with suppliers to ensure delivery and quality. This role sits in Renault Group's Research & Development organization focused on advancing ICE and EV propulsion technologies. What You'll Do
- Lead ICE and xEV calibration on PWT/e-PWT control systems for R&D and production environments.
- Perform tuning, validation, and verification of control strategies and limits.
- Manage Turn Key Tuning projects and coordinate with external suppliers to align timing, cost, and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Powertrain, Electrical, and Software to ensure robust calibration across vehicle programs.
