About the Role We’re seeking an EMEA Finance Director to lead financial strategy, business performance, and operational excellence across Videojet’s large global region. This role will own the Region’s P&L, Balance Sheet, Working Capital, and financial performance, partnering with regional and global leadership to drive profitable growth, cash flow, and quality of earnings, while shaping commercial strategy and building finance talent in a multi-country environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end financial strategy and performance management for Videojet EMEA across 20+ countries and channel-partner markets.
- Own full regional P&L, Balance Sheet, Working Capital, Cash Flow, and Quality of Earnings; drive growth, margin expansion, and working capital improvement.
