Build a repeatable model for client acquisition, agency enablement, and strategic account development.

Create operating mechanisms, success metrics, and governance structures to measure partnership effectiveness and business outcomes.

Lead Executive Agency Partnerships

Develop strong relationships with agency owners, C-suite executives, and senior leadership teams.

Establish The Trade Desk's value proposition within each agency and align partnership strategies with the agency's business objectives.
