About the Role Capgemini is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to support an evolving project. The role covers three primary areas: Reporting & Dashboards (enterprise Tableau dashboards with sensitive datasets such as salary data), Analytical Deep Dives using Python, and foundational Statistics with Data Cleaning & Preparation. This role is an Analyst position focused on turning data into actionable business insights.
What You'll Do
- Support enterprise reporting with Tableau and build dashboards for complex and sensitive datasets (e.g., salary data).
- Perform analytical deep dives using Python, translating business questions into insights and outcomes.
- Own data cleaning and preparation, ensuring reliable data sources and data quality (Snowflake/BigQuery; exposure to AWS).
- Collaborate with Data Engineer and stakeholders to drive data-driven decision making.
