About the Role The Sr. Associate, Vision Care Account Management at Alcon will execute and implement strategic Key Account plans, build strong relationships with eye care outlets, and drive sales growth across designated key accounts in Selangor/Malaysia. This role reports into the Key Account Manager and collaborates closely with the sales team to ensure brand presence and timely account coverage.
What You'll Do
- Execute and implement the overall Key Account plans to meet sales objectives.
- Ensure all Key Accounts are on track with set sales objectives.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve company objectives.
- Build strong relationships with key personnel in outlets, educate them on product information, positioning, and activities.
- Ensure brand presence in every outlet; all POS materials visible.
