About the Role The Sr. Associate, QA (Vision Care) will join Alcon’s Quality Assurance team to help ensure the quality, safety, and reliability of contact lenses and lens care products. You will lead product investigations, collaborate with global teams and manufacturers, and drive continuous quality improvements. This role offers paths for growth into leadership roles as you build expertise.
What You'll Do
- Investigate product complaints (product receipt, reconciliation, inspection, and documentation)
- Enter investigation results into internal systems and prepare customer-facing reports
- Communicate and align with overseas manufacturing sites regarding investigations
- Drive QA activities in compliance with QMS/GQP requirements
- Manage inspection equipment and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
