About the Role Sr Associate Plant QA will provide real-time Quality Assurance guidance throughout packaging and labeling activities on a rotating shift at Amgen Breda, ensuring products are manufactured, documented, and released in GMP-compliant manner. This position is a collaborative partner to Production and cross-functional teams, contributing to quality, compliance, and operational excellence. What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day QA guidance and support to Production teams, ensuring compliance with SOPs, Work Instructions, and GMP requirements.
- Act as the first point of contact for quality-related questions during packaging and labeling operations.
- Review and approve batch production record entries before manufacturing activities begin.
- Perform Quality Pack Checks and finished product inspections during commercial production runs.
