As a Sr. Associate IS Business Systems Analyst, you will lead complex business analysis activities and support business and digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to elicit, analyze, and document requirements, translate needs into effective solutions, and ensure successful delivery of change. The role requires collaborative communication across cross-functional teams and a focus on improving processes and outcomes. What You'll Do
- Elicit, gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Create Business Requirement Documents, workflow diagrams, and Data Flow Diagrams.
- Serve as a critical bridge between the warehouse team and the business, translating needs into clear requirements and turning them into actionable items for the IS Warehouse team.
