About the Role Join Amgen's Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team as a Sr. Associate Finance, supporting corporate functions. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities while partnering with headquarters leadership and business partners to enable informed decision making across the organization. What You'll Do
- Support business planning and decision making through financial analysis.
- Partner with business to develop detailed expense and headcount forecasts, including development of forecast templates, planning (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan) and timely communication.
- Perform month-end, quarter-end, year-end closing activities including accruals and journal entries, and variance analysis.
- Monthly actuals financial reporting including managing against specific functional budgets.
- Compile and analyze ad hoc requests.
