Job title: Sr. Analyst
A member of our People Business Partner team, the Sr. Analyst is a hands-on role where you are part of a team responsible for providing HR-related administrative and analytical support to our People Business Partner team, leaders, and team members.
The Senior Analyst's primary responsibility is supporting HR related requests, proactive reporting, and process improvement related to our Global People Team process that supports our team members. This team will collaborate with the Centers of Excellence (COEs), PeopleOne, and People Business Partners (PBPs) as appropriate. To complete this work, you will interact with our team members at varying levels within the organization, supporting them by conducting research, analysis, and documentation.
