About the Role The Senior Analyst, Learner Engagement sits within Global Shared Services in Buenos Aires and partners with the U.S.-based Wyndham University (WU) team to shape and drive the learner-facing experience across learning programs and platforms. The role focuses on branding, communications, content, and engagement campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and sustained participation for both company team members and franchisees. What You'll Do
- Support, sustain, and develop WU learning program/initiative branding and naming conventions.
- Design, develop, write and distribute learner-facing program communications for team members and franchisees.
- Manage and develop content, design, programming, and engaging user experiences across learning promotion platforms (websites, web pages, LMS, etc.).
