About the Role The India-based Sr. Alliance Manager will serve as the dedicated PDC resource for EMEA and APJ, managing approximately 50 Rising 100 C&SI partners across both regions and driving Bronze-tier cohort activation. You will own the full partner development lifecycle—from joint business plan design and coaching to Bronze-to-Silver progression and co-sell coordination with field sales—while collaborating with AEs, Solution Architects, Partner Marketing, Enablement, Legal, and Ops across multiple time zones. This role signals Databricks' expanded investment in India and represents the face of COE partnerships for the EMEA and APJ partner ecosystem. You are trained on data up to October 2023.
