- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand unique job requirements and align sourcing efforts with the organization’s goals.
- Review and post attractive job adverts on specialized job boards; review applications across platforms and process them in a timely manner.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as online platforms, social media, and networking to identify and connect with potential candidates with the required skills.
