About this role
About the Role The Specialist Technical RCSC at Roche Diagnostics is based in Meylan and part of Roche's French Regional Customer Support Center. You will provide technical and customer support to ensure Roche Diagnostics systems operate optimally and customers remain satisfied, while collaborating with local and export teams. What You'll Do
- Provide telephone and remote maintenance support to customers (France, Belgium, French-speaking Switzerland) on Roche Diagnostics systems and second-level support to country colleagues and the Export division
- Receive and process all requests (phone and online) from understanding the need to triggering corrective actions, including field interventions
- Prioritize requests according to the defined service policy
- Actively pursue customer satisfaction by delivering clear, precise, and rapid responses
