About the Role The Specialist-Registration I will support patient registration processes for Indiana University Health, onsite in West Lafayette. This role focuses on facilitating patient flow, collecting necessary data, and scheduling appointments to ensure accurate registrations and smooth operations. What You'll Do
- Facilitate patient flow and front-end processes
- Collect and verify required patient data
- Schedule appointments and coordinate registration steps What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to interpret insurance information
- Scheduling and registration experience (preferred)
- Basic MS Office proficiency
- Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT (preferred) Nice to Have
- Additional experience with insurance verification and registration workflow Compensation & Benefits
