- Facilitate patient flow and scheduling, and assist with related tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Schedule appointments and collect payments as part of patient intake.
- Use MS Office tools and basic medical terminology in daily workflows. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma/GED required
- Ability to interpret insurance information
- Experience with scheduling, patient intake, charge entry, and basic medical terminology
- MS Office familiarity
- Healthcare experience preferred Nice to Have
- Healthcare experience (preferred)
