About the Role L3Harris is seeking a Specialist, Program Scheduler to support the planning and management of mission-critical programs in our defense technology environment. You will coordinate schedules, track milestones, and help ensure alignment with customer requirements across the space, air, land, sea and cyber domains.

- Coordinate and maintain program schedules, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Track dependencies, risks, and schedule changes; assist with reporting to leadership.
- Support scheduling analysis, documentation, and program reviews to enable successful program execution.
