- Assist in managing program budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting for assigned programs
- Analyze cost performance and provide insights to program leadership
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
- Support month-end close and financial reviews tied to program milestones What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
